As part of the Festival of architecture Spazio Libero-Ferrara slack city Festival, a system of modular elements to support the city festivals held in the city's open spaces was designed in collaboration with local associations, in response to the different needs expressed and the needs that would emerge during the days of the festival. The system provides great flexibility, starting with a basic element that can be composed in a series of configurations: a backdrop for performances, an exhibition space, a meeting and play area, a space for the presentation and sale of gadgets.

Each element/module consists of a vertical panel forming a backdrop for a seat that can hold other objects underneath. Each module has different openings, fixed or movable, can be drilled and modified by the user to accommodate shelves and display materials, and can be coupled for easy transport in the boot of a common van. The modules have been painted in four colours selected in a critical reading of the Ferrara context and topped with Corten steel figurines.
